The doors are open. ♡ I’m officially opening my books again for private 1:1 coaching & this time, I’ve taken everything I’ve learned, everything I’ve trained in & everything Love Her First stands for & created something that feels so deeply aligned with the women I want to help. This is for the woman who is tired of knowing better but still finding herself in the same patterns. Overgiving. People pleasing. Overthinking. Seeking validation. Struggling to hold boundaries. Losing herself in relationships. Second guessing herself. Knowing she deserves more, but struggling to actually choose differently. Over 8 weeks, we’ll work together privately through The Love Her First Method™ SEE HER → UNDERSTAND HER → CHOOSE HER → BECOME HER → LIVE HER Not to turn you into somebody else. To understand the patterns that keep pulling you away from yourself, rebuild your self-worth & self-trust, strengthen your boundaries & start making choices that actually honour you. This is personal. It’s practical. & it’s completely tailored to where you are & what you need. I’m opening just 5 private spaces. If something in you is saying this is for me… DM me “ME” & I’ll send you the details. ♡

I love women who keep choosing themselves. Who soften without shrinking. Who outgrow survival mode. Who make room for joy while they’re still healing. Who believe their best chapters are still ahead. ♡ If one of these felt like you, save it. If it reminded you of someone you love, send it to her. & tell me below, which slide are you claiming in this season? ♡ For more mindset shifts, self-worth work & tools to help you come back to yourself - courses, digital products + the OG Tee are linked in bio.

Sometimes I look at her & wonder… What would have changed if I knew at 14 what I’m learning at 36? That my worth wasn’t something I had to earn. That being chosen by someone else would never feel as good as choosing myself. That confidence isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you build every time you trust yourself, honour yourself & keep showing up for yourself. Maybe that’s why @loveherfirst___ means so much to me. Because it’s more than a brand. More than a tee. It’s a reminder. To take up space. To trust your own voice. To stop waiting for permission to become who you already are. For the girls growing up. For the women still growing too. ♡ Love Her First OG Tee. A message worth wearing. Shop via the link in bio. 🤍

For years, so many women convince themselves they’re “too emotional.” Too sensitive. Too attached. Too much. So they focus on fixing themselves. But what if the issue was never your emotions? What if the issue was constantly pouring your energy into people, situations & relationships that weren’t pouring back into you? Because there’s a huge difference between being emotional & being emotionally exhausted. One often comes from healing. The other often comes from giving too much of yourself away. That’s why self love isn’t just bubble baths, affirmations & positive thinking. Sometimes self love looks like: • stronger boundaries • higher standards • protecting your peace • choosing yourself sooner • & finally believing you deserve reciprocity. If this resonates, my digital journals were created for women navigating exactly this season of life. ♡ & if you’re ready for deeper healing, transformation & lasting change, my Love Her First Course was created for for you! ♡ Digital products & courses available via the link in bio.
