Did somebody say BBQ?!!!! 🐷🔥 Oh yeah, you already know we’re ALWAYS in for some of that sauce-soaked goodness, and @smokedaddybbq in Wrigleyville brings plenty of it!

Friday night was very much a celebration of the work week coming to an end, and naturally, we chose to indulge 😂😎🔥

We kicked things off with some delectable libations, and I hopped right on the Smoke Show to get the night rolling because you know…Mezcal 😎 and I had to get before Romeo could. It was ok tho because he’s been Mr. Old Fashioned lately so he elected to sip on the 4 Star variation.

Next up, the appetizer train pulled into the station! Romeo snagged us a pile of Onion Rings, while the table next to us completely sold us on the Pulled Meat Nachos… so obviously we had to run with it. 😂 Both are perfect for sharing with a full table of hungry folks and definitely got us started on the right path.

Then it was time for the main event. I’m a “little bit of everything” kind of girl, so naturally I gravitated toward the Smoked Meat Platter with pulled brisket and pork. Let’s just say that brisket was done to perfection. Not to downplay the meets but we CANNOT forget the cornbread! I love me some cornbread, and Smoke Daddy’s is so good your mouth starts watering the second they set it on the table.

For my guy Romeo? You already know it had to be the ribs — full rack, of course 😎 — loaded up with all the fixins from the sides department.

Last but DEFINITELY not least, if you’re doing Smoke Daddy the right way, you have to finish with the Skillet Cookie. It comes straight out of the oven, drenched in caramel and topped with vanilla ice cream. This thing was so good, I swear we demolished the entire skillet before the ice cream even had a chance to melt… and that’s pretty hard to do. 😉

If BBQ is your jam, Smoke Daddy is your 360 windmill dunk for the win. 🐷
