Penance in the showers ✨

PS - being stuck in Bengaluru traffic while raining somewhat turned into a beautiful picturesque day !
The @theleelapalacebengaluru in the background with that perfect amount of drizzles was too divine of a scenario.

Travel through my tinted glasses!

1 country, 2 different cities, 3 years apart and the same inquisitive me!
Both these pictures weren’t planned. When I was going thru my old photos I found that I had clicked a similar shot in my recent tour of Russia. Two beautiful views that I behold in my memories.

The script

The script is your manual and your canvas. As expansive as your mind and thoughts can influence the ink.

without it maybe a legacy cannot continue but it is absolutely not necessary as well.

Well isn’t it complex ! by @snapsbylav

As spring passes by as quick as it arrived, I found myself to be incredibly refreshed and somehow new, like a whole side of me that I had ignored had resurrected not because I wanted to but because of my inability to assimilate and undertake its weight in my mere being. It was a bright flame but as soft as the flower petal just like this sunflower. It truly awaited and gave me many chances many years ago and had continued to do so. But, unfortunately I wasn’t able to understand it. I was as busy as a bee but not the busy I needed to be but busy with things I thought were in my control. Lo behold! I understood it now. Wouldn’t this flower be relieved! I can feel it though! I hope it is, because I am right here where I need to be… beeing near that bright unmatchable flower.

The spring and other seasons might pass by as the kala chakra never stops.. I hope and pray this flower remains in my life, I need its grace. I need it to survive. I need it to just bee.. by @snapsbylav

Signs are present everywhere
Signs arrive here everytime
It is I who chose to ignore them

Words are precisely exchanged
words are exchanged all the time
It is I who chose to believe it.

Hurt is irrelevant
Hurt is irrelevant everytime
It is only You who can choose to stop it!

Yours truly

Life in my head...

I took this picture randomly on a rainy day. The sky was clear, and there were puddles formed here and there. I came home and revisited what I had snapped. Looking at this, I couldn’t stop myself from comparing the picture to life. It’s so weird that the middle path is blurred out, while where I stand and the end of the path far away are seen supremely sharp and clear, just like what happens in life. The only two things you can imagine or perceive are where you stand and where you might reach. The 'in between' part is always blurred out. You can still see something there, but never enough to give you clarity.
I mean, it’s exciting and terrifying at the same time.
Well, what else can I do but wonder! 😅 by @snapsbylav

Temples of India

Badami Banashankari Devasthana in Cholachagudda, Bagalkot district.
The reigning goddess diety Shri Banashankari also known as Shri Shakambari devatha is revered, worshipped and visited by so many devotees of all castes and religion.

The family of priest that started the worship when the temple was consecrated still continues the traditions the same way.

The devi is considered as the pinnacle of strength, power, beauty and kindness.
