This round you could def see me favoring one leg. Also, I wasn't able to maneuver my tops as a full extension on my left side was very minimal. Alot of my intro power comes off my left Achilles so with the lack of calf stretch on that side I could only stay at pace. Had to abandoned half of a set here & my on feet transition wasn't as efficient but I hid it a bit.

So what I do... just cruise and listen. My crews back def hurting after, cuz they carrying a wounded sniper haha. ❤️ They was on point. 🫡 by @sniper_work

Pulled my left calve before prelims at MM day. Running heavy on one leg all weekend. I hid it pretty well probably from all those unilateral work. Thank God I ran through my runs the night prior. Something I have not done in quite sometime. Now I'm back to heavy competing, it'll be a routine.

Putting 10 hour work days at work for my other passion had my regime trimmed in training but in hindsight, worth it. Race car has the funds to make it to the race track next week. Also, I realized I had 2 insoles in the left shoe 😂😂... after prelims. 👀🤣🤷

Moral of the story is that unilateral conditioning is the move fr. I gots to do what I love. by @sniper_work

04-17-24: Been Chillin

Making life simple n just doing the shit I love. Keeping the politics of anything within myself and only needing to use it to help the homies. Other than that, everything is just a TV show, so I see things within all subjective. We live a privilege lifestyle so imma cherish it slowly. I'm in a zone FR. by @sniper_work
