www.integratedvitality.com On Anutha episode of "Thas Reel YO" Topic: Philosophy Subject: Pace YO-self (parte 2) STOP rushing through life. Bald: January 2022 pic. Clown hid'n da bald wit da hat: April 2022 pic. This is real Shiii... What you're seeing is normal results. January to April progress. Very minimal but its movement and forward. Issue: Be vulnerable, than accountable than seek help. STOP being perfectionists. Too much pressure on yourselves. Waiting for the most opportune time to introduce healthier living; at a minimum into daily or weekly movement. Solution: Just MOVE. Even if its for 5 minutes today and 10 mikes tomorrow. Stop drink'n da cool-aid and believe all that you read and hear. Find credible folk to lean on. Example: I have NOT had a strict movement regime for about 9 months due to many life conflicting circumstances. I've trained probably 2-3 times per week but efficiently. That's ENOUGH if done correctly. I'm not happiest with my body or conditioning now but I'm satisfied temporarily. I believe I move, feel and look good for a dude in his 40's! Get 2 da Shop people. Note: 3 fingers each hand. The Shop's ETHOS... 1. GOD 2. FAMILY 3. WEALTH 1. RESPECT 2. EFFORT 3. www.integratedvitality.com Topic: philosophy Subject: Pace YO-self (parte 1) STOP rushing through life. Issue/Example: I'm out of shape and injured but still took the kids for a ride. I've been slammed with many projects. Solution: prioritize certain areas of my life and NOT be so hard on myself cuz I'm out of shape or deficient in other areas. I've focused on the successes! Movement: Paused-Ville than added anothu 80lbs. "Run the day. Don't let the day run you". -Hot Rod- Note (for haters): this is NOT a smith-machine on hydraulics. YES does help with some stability. I squat here when I'm injured. #integratedvitality #integratedvitalitytheshop #theshopIV #theshop #tacoma #tacomawa #tacomacommunity #pnw #washington #theshoptacoma #theshopwa #fitness #inspiration #motivation #health #preventativehealth #morethanagym#militarypt
