I’ve honestly wanted to give up on this account so many times. Sometimes I’m like, “What the fuck, Sofia, what are you even doing?”

yes, it’s okay to have a Nutella pretzel for breakfast.
It doesn’t always have to be the 100th “healthy” recipe, a perfect yogurt bowl or some high-protein breakfast.
Sometimes you just crave a Nutella pretzel. And you’re allowed to have it.
Your cravings aren’t something you need to fight. So if your body is asking for it, go for it. 🫶🏻

You never really know what’s going on inside someone just by looking at them. Someone can smile, laugh and seem completely okay while quietly struggling with things you know nothing about. Mental health doesn’t have a look. You never know what someone might be carrying, so be kind🫂
