when my goal was to help YOU, you made a difference in MY life 🤩

I see now that I started this account (a healthy weight but) very stuck in anorexia
and what happened?
the next week I was finally able to follow a challenge set for me!! 💪

I told myself over & over that it would inspire someone else to do the same
which I wanted because anorexia only told me that *i* didn’t deserve recovery; I desperately wished the best to all of you

now? I can tell when I’m more fearful of a food because my instinct is to film in case anyone here would be comforted

I love that!! I’m honoured to have been told that my page is people’s safe space online
and I don’t think you realise how that’s reciprocated 🤝🤝

I hope we can support each other for a long time yet
