Challenge Israman 113! Opening the season with victory! I loved that feeling of crossing the finish line first and being even more motivated to push my limits further this year.

Thanks to my coach and all the team for constantly making me better:

‎ ‎התחרות הזו הייתה מוקדשת לתמיכה ב-Chayal’s Angels, ארגון פילנתרופי שמספק לחיילים טיפולים אלטרנטיביים כמו דיקור, מדיטציה, יוגה ונשימות, במטרה לעזור להם להתמודד עם אתגרים מנטליים ופיזיים. נושא הבריאות המנטלית אצל חיילים חשוב מאוד, ואני מאמינה שהשיטות האלה יכולות לעשות שינוי אמיתי.

Ironstar Moscow 113! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️
I never thought my Economics degree from Moscow State University would help me in triathlon, but somehow it saved my race 😂
I decided to race quite last minute, but I didn’t have a TT bike and couldn’t find one anywhere. Luckily,a girl (@talilu4) I studied with at MSU 15 years ago had one and gave it to me! 🤍

It was also my first triathlon race in Russia. And riding through the city centre was such a cool experience! Happy to finish 2 and can’t wait for the next race! ✨ by @sofiaakor

❤️ 1 minute for your core and your heart

sit with your legs straight, lean back to about 60°, lift your left leg to 60° and hold for 1–3 minutes.

it’s an ancient yogic exercise used to support the heart valves.

i’ve practiced kundalini yoga for years, and this is one of the exercises where i can clearly feel the effect, which is why i’m sharing it. it only takes a minute and can be a great addition to your training routine🤍🤍🤍
if you’re already doing core work, why not give your heart a little extra attention too?

more about my yoga practice in the “Meditation” highlight ✨
