To spend everyday with this crew… train hard together, go for breakfast together, celebrate events together, all the emotions and achievements, highs and lows just like any family, but this is my gym family and not one day goes by that I don’t appreciate the connections, relationships and friendships we all share, even those that weren’t able to make it last night… our community as a whole, is filled with our most favourite people!

Thanks for such a beautiful evening @rewired_au fam 💚❤️🙏 2025 Rewired Christmas Party was a vibe 🥳🥂🎉 taken in Rewired Movement Australia by @sofiahouldsworth

Celebrating 10 years STRONG 🎂✨

Last night we had the privilege of celebrating the milestone of a vision that both Alex and myself prayed for 🙏 We wanted to build something bigger than us, a place that allowed us to serve our purpose in serving others. A space that gave others an opportunity to be better and do better. That built relationships that valued comradeship. Where each persons energy became a part of the heart that beats life in our community.

If I said building this space was easy, it would be lie… we sacrificed time with our children and each other to make it work. Sleepless nights and learning as we went, sometimes taking massive leaps of faith with a blindfold on. It’s not for the faint hearted, but we learnt that passion outlasts fear and that if our community mattered most, we would serve our purpose.

We’ve taken this past few days to really reflect on what it took to survive obstacles and it was many things… but foremost, it was our people. The belief they held in us, the support they gave to us. The patience they gave us to grow and become the strength they needed as business owners to ensure @rewired_au stood the test of time.

So it’s extremely important for us to say a big thank you to our members, who have become our family and our children who have grown and tolerated the demands that we shared as parents who are gym owners. Each of you have helped build this beautiful place we call our second home.

10 years on… and we can confidently say we know what we’re doing 😜 and we do it all for you, our Rewired family 💜

It’s an absolute blessing to have what we prayed so hard for, to have achieved what we worked so hard for, and we’re so grateful that we have achieved such a milestone where we’re near capacity with such a beautiful bunch of people.

Thank you to everyone who could make it last night, we loved celebrating with each and every one of you! 🙏

Here’s to a decade of Rewired 🥂

Always a good reminder that fitness isn’t just about what we can lift or how hard we can train, sometimes it’s about slowing down, staying present and seeing what our bodies are capable of. 🧘🏻‍♂️🧘🏽‍♀️🔥

1 hour of heat, sweat and challenging ourselves in a completely different way with the amazing @kelwoodyoga 🤩

A big thank you to @hotyogaoxenford for having us and to everyone in our @rewired_au community who came along and gave it a go. 🙏

We’re already looking forward to the next one! 💜

Singapore snaps 🇸🇬🍃

Literally lost in the moment… the night show at Gardens by the Bay in Singapore was spectacular to see… except we decided to add some action to the show and got lost for a few hectic loooong minutes looking up above 😂 Almost missed our ride back for our flights 🫣@alexhouldsworth1 @miyumiyu196 lol every path looked the same to me, no escaping it! 😂

So beautiful, we almost extended our stay! 🥴🫶 taken in Garden By the Bay Singapore by @sofiahouldsworth

Act natural… he did not 🫣 Bro forgot this wasn’t a comedy, until it was! 😂

Great views, shared with beautiful people @taejassi 🙏, whilst we ate good food…. Made the acting skills forgettable… except I captured it! 🫠 @alexhouldsworth1 😂 but I still love you 🫶

In the middle of all the chaos, noise and beautiful madness of Ho Chi Minh City… we’re absolutely loving it and spending time with each other 🫶 even though “mini us” is in toe 😆

Getting to explore and take it all in with my best friend, my husband makes me just so grateful for this life, to share more of these adventures together.

Just so grateful for the life as your wife 🤍 @alexhouldsworth1
