Immensely grateful for this community! ✨🫶🏼✨

I was so nervous to start this class. I was scared no one would be interested in coming, or worse, that no one would show up. Yesterday was my second park class, and look how many of you came to flow with me! I feel so honored to guide you through practice, and seeing your happy faces after class is such a joy. Thank you for filling up my cup, park yogis. I can’t wait for the next one.

We’ll be flowing again every Sunday at 9am in Crandon Park Gardens 🧘‍♀️ Tickets are available through Eventbrite at the link in my bio!

Thank you for capturing yesterday so beautifully @andresvilaa 📸 taken in Crandon Park Gardens by @sofivila
