Yesterday was a dream come true for me training wise. I have shot on flat ranges standing static, moving vertically shooting on the move on flat ranges and I’ve done some courses on the 360 Street Range. This was by far the most dynamic thing I have ever done and I am so thankful and honored that these guys trusted me enough to be the 3rd man. I was able to shoot 3 full days with them and so much was gained from it. One thing I noticed that I need to work on is weapon manipulation with a slung rifle and plate carrier. You can see me 3 times in this video have to rack my charging handle after hearing a click because when I would push out my charging handle latch would get caught on my plate carrier and slightly pull the bolt back. Training is about learning and perfecting your craft. Train with purpose 👊🏼. Thank you @go.noisy @sammy.seeley @jamieclarkuk @lukeketteringham @theshootingmum for an unforgettable experience. #Training #Shooting #StreetRange #ShootMoveCommunicate #AR15 #Mk18 #DeadAir #Lazarus6 #Suppressor #PewPew taken in Immokalee Range & Gun Club by @soflogunner

Had the privilege to help out with some force on force simulation training for @foldsofhonor. Folds of Honor provides educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen or disabled military service members and first responders. Some of the donors to this foundation were given Live Fire training as well as simulated training under the instruction of former members of different Special Forces units. Thank you John from @invictus_training_group for inviting me to come help out with this event. So my personal philosophy with defensive shooting is pretty simple. Keep your shots in the midline of the body. If you’re a little high or a little low it’s okay. If you start winging shots left or right then it’s time to reel it in a bit. I like bullseye shooting and I like stacking rounds on top of each other but once you add in some movement or stress just try and keep those shots in the midline. This is just how I approach defensive shooting and has nothing to do with shooting matches or contests (which I’ve never really done). #Shooting #RangeDay #9mm #45ACP #556 #300Blackout #DefensiveShooting #PewPew taken in Naples, Florida by @soflogunner
