Cameroon operates under both Civil Law (Francophone regions) and Common Law (Anglophone regions). Employment agreements for Cameroon hires should be bilingual -- English and French -- with the French version authoritative in the event of any conflict. This is not a formatting preference. It is a legal requirement that most HR platforms completely ignore. SoftHire Systems generates bilingual offer letters and employment agreements for Cameroon hires automatically. One of six countries we cover. Built right from the start. I spent years watching companies give up on African candidates because their HR systems were not built to support the hire. Not because the talent was not there. Because no one could answer the compliance questions fast enough. What contract type does Cameroon require? What is the CNPS registration deadline? Does this agreement need to be bilingual? The questions were not hard. The answers just were not built into any tool that existed. SoftHire Systems is the tool that should have existed. Six countries. 55 jurisdictions. One questionnaire. Built by an African woman who saw the gap firsthand. portal.softhireapp.com #SoftHireSystems #FounderStory #PanAfrican #AfricanStartups #WomenInTech #BlackFounder #InfrastructureNotAdvice #TachaB #HRTech #AfricanTalent by @softhiresystems
This is the full picture. SoftHire Systems handles the entire hiring lifecycle -- from the moment you decide to make an offer through to the employee's first payroll run and beyond. One questionnaire collects everything. The platform detects the jurisdiction, applies the correct labour code, and generates a branded offer letter and employment agreement. The employer signs once. The candidate signs remotely. The agreement auto-sends on acceptance. A welcome letter follows. The compliance dashboard activates with post-hire deadlines and portal links. The payroll handoff exports cleanly. The Benefits Hub manages elections. The Handbook Architect generates the employee handbook. Six countries. 55 jurisdictions. Six currencies. One platform built specifically for cross-border hiring that includes Africa. The moment a candidate signs the employment agreement, SoftHire Systems generates and sends a branded welcome letter. No manual step. No extra email from you. Not a generic message. A professional, company-branded document with their start date, their manager's name and title, exactly what to bring on day one -- jurisdiction-specific -- and a first-week schedule overview. The experience your candidate has before day one shapes how they feel about joining your company. SoftHire Systems makes sure that experience is professional, organized, and specific to them. The employment agreement SoftHire Systems generates is not a fill-in-the-blank template with the candidate's name swapped in. It is a multi-part, multi-page agreement structured in three parts -- Position and Compensation, Covenants and Compliance, and Termination and Execution -- with jurisdiction-specific clauses applied automatically based on the hire's country. US hires get at-will language and FLSA classification. Cameroon hires get CDI or CDD contract type, CNPS contribution clause, and bilingual execution clause. Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa each get their own statutory framework applied correctly. Every agreement includes execution blocks for both parties with a full digital audit trail. SoftHire Systems was not built for the Fortune 500. They have legal departments. It was built for the founder who found the right candidate in Nairobi and does not know what SHIF registration means. For the HR consultant managing hires in Nigeria and Ghana simultaneously. For the diaspora entrepreneur building in the US while hiring a team back in Cameroon. For the small business that cannot justify thousands in legal fees every time they bring someone on in a new country. Cross-border hiring infrastructure that was actually designed to include Africa. The last step in every hire is getting the employee's data into payroll. Most platforms make you do that manually -- re-entering the same name, salary, start date, and employment type you already entered when you generated the offer letter. SoftHire Systems packages everything into a clean handoff file automatically. The signed offer letter, the signed employment agreement, the welcome letter, and structured compliance data -- all compiled and ready to export. Gusto and Rippling via CSV. Custom systems via JSON or webhook. Full package as a ZIP download. Data entered once. Flows everywhere. An employee handbook that covers multiple countries used to mean engaging an employment lawyer in each jurisdiction and waiting months for a document that needed updating every year anyway. The Handbook Architect in SoftHire Systems changes that. Toggle the countries your team operates in. The platform assembles a complete handbook with the statutory leave policies, probation rules, social security requirements, termination procedures, and data protection obligations for each jurisdiction. Every section uses your company name. Cameroon sections render in English and French. Export as PDF. Today the United States celebrates independence. We are thinking about a different kind of freedom. The freedom to hire across borders without the compliance burden becoming an excuse not to. The freedom for African talent to access global opportunities without their location being a documentation problem. The freedom to build a company that looks like the world it serves. SoftHire Systems is infrastructure for that freedom. Built by an African woman. Built for the companies and candidates that global hiring was not designed to include. portal.softhireapp.com #SoftHireSystems #IndependenceDay #PanAfrican #AfricanTalent #CrossBorderHiring #InfrastructureNotAdvice #TachaB #BlackFounder #WomenInTech #GlobalHiring by @softhiresystems
The signed agreement is not the finish line. It is the starting gun for a set of statutory registrations that vary by country -- each with its own deadline, its own agency, and its own portal to navigate. SoftHire Systems surfaces every post-hire compliance obligation the moment a hire is completed. The exact deadline. The statutory agency responsible. A direct link to the registration portal. No searching for the CNPS website. No missing the I-9 window. No guessing when PFA enrollment is due. Six countries. Every deadline tracked. Every portal linked. All on one dashboard. Benefits enrollment is one of the most administratively intensive parts of onboarding a new employee -- especially across multiple countries with different statutory requirements. The SoftHire Systems Benefits Hub changes that. Employees complete their benefit elections directly in the platform -- statutory and voluntary -- within their 30-day enrollment window. SoftHire never stores PII or PHI. The elections compile into a structured handoff file the employer downloads and sends to their broker, uploads to Employee Navigator, or imports into their HRIS. Statutory enrollment requirements surface automatically per jurisdiction. CNPS for Cameroon. PFA for Nigeria. SHIF for Kenya. SSNIT for Ghana. UIF for South Africa. Group health for US hires. Part of the Evolution Suite -- the modules that handle everything after the signed offer. portal.softhireapp.com #SoftHireSystems #BenefitsHub #EvolutionSuite #EmployeeBenefits #HRTech #PanAfrican #InfrastructureNotAdvice #TachaB #HRAutomation #CrossBorderHiring by @softhiresystems
Most hiring platforms make you manage the signing process manually. SoftHire Systems automates the entire pipeline. The employer signs once -- both the offer letter and the employment agreement in a single action. The candidate receives the offer by email, signs from any device without creating an account, and the moment they accept, the agreement auto-sends. Already signed by you. No trigger. No second email. Eight stages. One pipeline. The employer touches it once.
