Sleeping Beauty… allowing herself to be held for a moment, wrapped in the sounds of a sound bath… getting ready to rise & quantum leap ✨

Glasgow!!! What another magical moment ✨

Can you tell who the goofs were at our event? 😂🙌📸 All of us!

Such a beautiful place filled with beautiful people — yoga, sound healing, Spinal Energetics, Spinal Flow and lots of laughter in between. 💕

Wasn’t quite sure how we were going to pull this Content Day off, but we went with the flow — and together is better. From setting up, creating and having fun to breaking everything down, everyone supported each other and loved on each other. 😘

Thank you Glasgow — and thank you to everyone who made this day what it was. 🥰

This beauty is mesmerising. ✨
Artist. Healer. Musician. 🎶

There’s something about her presence — those eyes draw you in, and then she speaks with such gentleness and softness.

I love being reminded that we never have to be just one thing. We can embody so many parts of ourselves, hold so many gifts, and express them in completely different ways.

I didn’t get the privilege of hearing her play her music that day, but I did get to experience her presence — and sometimes you can feel someone’s artistry before you ever experience their art. ✨

Powerful and soft.

I love capturing people in their element.

Today felt a little different at the beginning.

Shaz, Lindsey and I arrived first and started taking photographs, but for some reason it just wasn’t flowing.

Then Alexis arrived later with her big radiant smile.

She was there to be part of the shoot, but as she put her things down and looked around the room, something else began to unfold.

I watched her naturally step in—adjusting, guiding, encouraging and supporting everyone.

The women’s eyes naturally turned towards her. They trusted her. They listened. Then I watched them settle.

Their bodies softened. Their confidence grew. The photographs began to flow.

What I witnessed wasn’t Alexis creating confidence—it was her helping people uncover the confidence that had been there all along. Once they felt supported, it quietly emerged. It was beautiful and powerful to witness.

Alexis may have arrived for the shoot, but what I captured was her completely in her element.

She has a beautiful way of lifting the women around her—not by changing who they are, but by helping them reconnect with who they’ve always been.

Girls who lift girls up. 🤍✨
