Healing doesn’t always need words.

Sometimes it’s presence.
Sometimes it’s touch.
Sometimes it’s simply the energy of another person saying — I’m here. ✨

✨ Dublin friends, we’d love to have you join us for a lovely afternoon of gentle Breathwork & Spinal Energetics.

If you’ve been feeling a bit stressed, disconnected, or simply like you need some time to slow down and come back to yourself, this space is for you.

You don’t need any prior experience with breathwork or Spinal Energetics, and you don’t need to be “good” at anything here. Just come as you are.

Perrine, Nina & Lucia will be guiding you through:
✨ Breathwork to land gently into the present moment and open your capacity to feel.
✨ Spinal Energetics to facilitate organic movement, tension release, and energetic alignment.

Whether this is your very first time or you’ve done it before, you are so welcome in this space. We’re keeping the group small and intimate so everyone feels fully supported throughout the afternoon.

🗓 Saturday, 19 September
⏰ 13:00 – 15:00
📍 Lemon Tree Yoga, Killester (D03 H6C5)

If this feels like something your system is craving right now, we’d love to share the space with you 🤍

Glasgow!!! What another magical moment ✨

Can you tell who the goofs were at our event? 😂🙌📸 All of us!

Such a beautiful place filled with beautiful people — yoga, sound healing, Spinal Energetics, Spinal Flow and lots of laughter in between. 💕

Wasn’t quite sure how we were going to pull this Content Day off, but we went with the flow — and together is better. From setting up, creating and having fun to breaking everything down, everyone supported each other and loved on each other. 😘

Thank you Glasgow — and thank you to everyone who made this day what it was. 🥰

Next Softly Seen Content Day is November! Who’s joining me? ☺️📸✨ #SoftlySeen #ContentDay #SoundHealing #SpinalEnergetics #SpinalFlow

I hope you all find time today to pause, reset, and breathe. We always have the ability to come home to ourselves, even when surrounded by distraction. 🙏🤍✨💫

It is so nice to connect with my clients and support you all again!

Dm me to book a virtual 30 minute or one hour reiki self care session, you deserve it. ☺️☀️

There is something so beautiful about watching a group of women arrive as strangers… and slowly become part of the same nervous system by the end of the day ✨

Everyone brought such a different energy into the room.
Different gifts.
Different personalities.
Different ways of holding and supporting the space.

And somehow together… it created something really special 🤍

✨ Lucia

The Anchor / The Sound Weaver
Grounding the room through stillness, sound, and vibration.
A calm nervous system that helped everyone settle more deeply into the space.

✨ Perrine @perrine_de_montard_acupuncture

The Connector
Warmth, openness, and gentle connection.
Bringing people together naturally and making everyone feel included.

✨ Ana

The Spark
Playful expansion energy.
The one reminding everyone to move, explore, try things, and loosen up.

✨ Zoe

The Flyer
Learning to be seen.
Opening her wings, trusting herself more deeply, and allowing emotion to move through her.

✨ Anouska

The Energy Clearer
Quiet. Gentle. Powerful.
Softening the room without needing to force her presence.

✨ Adalette

The Guardian Heart
Strong grounding energy with a softness that opened beautifully once she relaxed into the room.

✨ Andrea

The Angel / The Light Bringer
Gentle laughter.
Softening the room.
Airy nurturing energy.

✨ Nina / @softlyseen_studio

The Witness / The Space Holder / Photographer
Holding the container.
Directing flow.
Seeing everyone before they see themselves.

✨ Photographer

The Masculine Eye
Quiet observer.
Capturing what everyone else was too immersed to see.

So much presence, healing, laughter, beautiful branding content, behind-the-scenes magic, and genuine connection filled this space 🤍

Hopefully we’ll see you at the next Content & Connection Day ✨
