Soil³ is changing the way we grow by putting compost first. Healthier soil means stronger roots, healthier plants, and harvests that speak for themselves.

Y’all I cannot stress enough the importance of adding amendments to your garden beds in the fall.

Raised garden beds need to be refreshed and replenished, to prevent compaction, feed beneficial soil bacteria, and grow healthy strong plants.

This is my third year using @soil3organiccompost and I find it’s the easiest, cost effective way for me to give my garden beds a refresh! One giant bag, delivered right to my door and I can give everything a refresh!

I have a link in my bio where you can go check it out, let them know that I’ve sent you. Truly, this is my garden secret. BUT I want you to find it too because genuinely all my family and friends use it. All of them!

But no matter how you choose to do it! It’s time to refresh your raised bed garden and give it a little love!

I think it is maybe the best option in my opinion, and honestly such amazing people too. by @soil3organiccompost

October 7 is National Pumpkin Seed Day! 🎃🌱

Did you know these facts about pumpkin seeds?

🎃 Pumpkins are native to the Americas and have been cultivated for thousands of years.

🌱 Pumpkin seeds without their shells are commonly called pepitas.

💪 They may be small, but pumpkin seeds pack in nutrients including protein, magnesium, iron and zinc.

🔥 Pumpkin seeds can be enjoyed raw, roasted or ground. (They taste the best roasted LOL)

Share this with someone you want to roast pumpkin seeds with tomorrow. 🎃

Sometimes you just need a quick win in the garden.

I’ve got 16 raised beds waiting to be filled with soil, but instead of missing out on planting time, I built this simple one in about 15 minutes using materials from the box store.

And the real game changer? Filling it with @soil3organiccompost Veggie Mix. I’ve used this for years, and it gives plants a strong start right out of the gate.

It doesn’t have to be complicated to get growing. Find Soil3 products in the Southeast and parts of Texas at Soil3.com.

Tomato plants looking good but starting to get a little wild?

This is the time of year when a few simple mid-season care steps can make a big difference.

I’m focusing on three things:
🍅 Cutting out diseased foliage as soon as I see it
🍅 Selectively removing suckers to improve light and airflow
🍅 Securing stray branches before they kink or break under the weight of fruit

The foundation is always the same: great soil, plenty of sun, and consistent watering. I planted these tomatoes about six weeks ago in VeggieMix from @soil3organiccompost and today I’m harvesting my first two tomatoes of the season.

A little proactive care now goes a long way toward healthier plants and a better harvest.
