✨ September is bringing a new chapter for SOL Aerial Arts🌅🩰🪽

As our community continues to grow, we’re making a few exciting changes starting September 1st!

💛 SOL Spark Founding Membership Pricing Ends September 1st✨

If you’ve been thinking about joining our adult community, this is your sign🪽

Our current SOL Spark promotional pricing will officially close on September 1st🌞 Members who enroll before the deadline will lock in their membership rate for the next 6 months, even after prices return to their regular rates.✨

🎓 SOL is officially partnering with more Charter Schools! We are currently approved with:

Our mission has always been to make aerial arts more accessible, and these partnerships allow even more homeschool families to experience movement, creativity, confidence, and community through SOL.

This is only the beginning🩰🪽

Thank you to every student, family, mentor, and supporter who has believed in this dream🌅

Watching SOL continue to grow has been one of the greatest honors of my life, and I truly can’t wait to show you everything that’s coming next.

Same sequence, different endings 🐍 This flow gives me desert, golden serpent, genie in a bottle energy🧞‍♀️✨

The little detail that changes my ending? Where I place my hand on the silk. For this transition, a higher grip gives my shoulder more room to move into the final shape. Watch closely and you’ll see how a different grip changes my finish 👀

Inspired by @samgageaerial, with a little SOL magic🌅

Which ending is your favorite 1 or 2?✨ Save this detail for your next practice with your instructor.

The work behind the splits… with a little sunshine and a lot of laughs🤎

A little peek at how we work toward our splits: warming up, building strength, and making time for consistent practice… on the ground and in the air.

Come join us at Paradise🌺… our SOL Open Gym! Bring your goals, move at your own pace, and enjoy practicing alongside our aerial community ✨

A little ballet in the air 🩰🪽✨

The more I practice ballet, the more I feel it showing up in my aerial movement. In the way I reach through my toes, carry my arms, and take my time moving from one shape to the next.

Something as simple as finding my balance or holding a steady relevé has made me more aware of all the little adjustments my body makes and I’m starting to feel that same awareness in the air. More control, more intention, and so much more trust in what my body can do.🤍

Bringing ballet and aerial arts together is something I want to keep exploring, both in my own practice and in what I share at SOL. These little moments feel like the beginning of that vision coming to life.

Anyone else notice how training one discipline changes the way you move in another? ✨ taken in Temecula, California by @solaerialarts

A little sunshine, a lot of brave first tries, and so many smiles at yesterday’s Pacific Coast school fair! 🧡✨

I loved meeting the families who stopped by to say hello and watching the kids step into the silks. Seeing that moment when they realize “wait… I can do this!” is one of my favorite parts of SOL🪽

And I have a little surprise for our upcoming school fairs: visit the SOL booth and your child can receive their first visit to SOL for free! 🌅

Our next school fair is October 16. Come find me, say hi, and let’s get your little one flying! 🧡✨

Sometimes the best plans happen when you’re open to meeting someone new… and then you find out she’s just as obsessed with ballet lines as you are. 🥹🩰

Meet Heather! She’s incredible at flying pole, and I had SO much fun creating with her. I think we might need to start forming some aeriallinas at SOL… 👀✨

Be honest: who would come to a flying pole workshop with Heather this November?! Drop a 🩰 in the comments if you’d be in! 🧡

How incredible it was to fly at an outdoor aerial oasis @solaerialarts while visiting wine country in Temecula, CA! I was graciously welcomed by a beautifully talented aeriallina @bella.aeriallina . Fortunately, I packed my @aerialangelworld Flying Pole. I loved teaching Bella some of her first skills on flying pole. She's a natural and has the same desire for clean ballet lines in the air. Can't wait to return and teach a flying pole workshop at @solaerialarts. 🧡🩰 🪽

1,000 PEOPLE?! 🥹🌅🧡

A few days ago I asked you to help me grow this little corner of the internet where I share my art, my business, my students, my crazy ideas and everything I’m building with SOL…

and you SHOWED UP. 🥹

Every follow might look like just a number on a screen, but to me, it’s another person who decided to stick around and watch this dream grow.

So today we celebrate 1K. 🥂✨
But we’re not stopping here…

Next stop: 5K 🌅

If you’re seeing this and you love aerial arts, movement, creativity, entrepreneurship, or simply watching someone build a dream from the ground up — follow along. 🧡

I have a feeling the best part of this story hasn’t happened yet.
