Life lately… a little chaos, a lot of change, and so much to be grateful for. 🤎

In one week, I moved from Canyon Lake to Temecula, made it through two storms, lost my mirror, and had two of my canopy roofs break. Somewhere in the middle of it all, the caramel silks I’d been dreaming of for over a year finally arrived… and now I live just ten minutes from SOL. 🥹🌅

This Thursday, I’m taking my first day off for a little wedding getaway, and I think I’m finally going to have a moment to let it all sink in.

Everything is happening so fast. I’m tired, still unpacking, still figuring things out… but so happy to be here, building this life and finding little moments to enjoy it.

A Sunday kind of love for this life of mine. 🤎

Same sequence, different endings 🐍 This flow gives me desert, golden serpent, genie in a bottle energy🧞‍♀️✨

The little detail that changes my ending? Where I place my hand on the silk. For this transition, a higher grip gives my shoulder more room to move into the final shape. Watch closely and you’ll see how a different grip changes my finish 👀

Inspired by @samgageaerial, with a little SOL magic🌅

Which ending is your favorite 1 or 2?✨ Save this detail for your next practice with your instructor.

How incredible it was to fly at an outdoor aerial oasis @solaerialarts while visiting wine country in Temecula, CA! I was graciously welcomed by a beautifully talented aeriallina @bella.aeriallina . Fortunately, I packed my @aerialangelworld Flying Pole. I loved teaching Bella some of her first skills on flying pole. She's a natural and has the same desire for clean ballet lines in the air. Can't wait to return and teach a flying pole workshop at @solaerialarts. 🧡🩰 🪽

Sometimes the best plans happen when you’re open to meeting someone new… and then you find out she’s just as obsessed with ballet lines as you are. 🥹🩰

Meet Heather! She’s incredible at flying pole, and I had SO much fun creating with her. I think we might need to start forming some aeriallinas at SOL… 👀✨

Be honest: who would come to a flying pole workshop with Heather this November?! Drop a 🩰 in the comments if you’d be in! 🧡

1,000 PEOPLE?! 🥹🌅🧡

A few days ago I asked you to help me grow this little corner of the internet where I share my art, my business, my students, my crazy ideas and everything I’m building with SOL…

and you SHOWED UP. 🥹

Every follow might look like just a number on a screen, but to me, it’s another person who decided to stick around and watch this dream grow.

So today we celebrate 1K. 🥂✨
But we’re not stopping here…

Next stop: 5K 🌅

If you’re seeing this and you love aerial arts, movement, creativity, entrepreneurship, or simply watching someone build a dream from the ground up — follow along. 🧡

I have a feeling the best part of this story hasn’t happened yet.

Saying goodbye to summer the only way I know how… wrapped in gold🌻✨

As summer slowly comes to an end and the sun begins to set on another season, some of that warmth starts to leave our days. But I like to think we don’t lose it completely. We carry a little bit of it with us🌞✨

We use it to light the way into the seasons ahead… the quieter ones, when we begin dreaming again, planting new seeds, and imagining what we want to see bloom when the warmth comes back around🌅

And this year, that light has a name: Sunflower🌻

More than a decade ago, when aerial was still simply an art I had fallen completely in love with, I had my very first fabric. Her name was Atenea, and she was gold💛

Atenea was there long before SOL existed. Before the business, before the worlds I dream about creating today, before I could have possibly known where this art would take me. She belonged to a version of me who simply believed in her art enough to keep going🪽

More than ten years later, @orbsoul looked at that very first fabric and used her as the inspiration to create Sunflower🥹✨ And that makes this so much more meaningful to me than simply having a beautiful new golden fabric. It feels like watching a seed I planted without even knowing it… finally bloom🌻🧡

Because somehow, the color that witnessed the beginning of my aerial journey became the color that now represents SOL in its purest form🙌🏼🌞 warmth, light, creativity, possibility, and the courage to keep creating even when you can’t see yet what it will become🌅

Maybe that’s what the end of summer is really for. The sunset doesn’t mean the light disappears. It means we take everything that bloomed this season, carry its warmth with us, and begin planting again🌱

New ideas. New dreams. New worlds. Seeds that might take months or even ten years before we understand what they were meant to become🧡 Sunflower is my little reminder of that: Of Atenea, of where I started, of everything SOL is becoming🤩💛🪽✨

And of how beautiful life can become when you keep believing in the seeds you plant🌻

Goodbye, summer.
Thank you for the light.
Now, we plant again🌅
