Solana is a female-owned specialty coffee business that roasts coffee locally in San Diego. Their goal is to celebrate the rich and diverse coffee cultures of Latin America. You can stop by their residency at the Parlor Room of the Granger Hotel, where they expertly prepare their unique espresso menu on a Linea Mini. by @solanacoffeeco

Meet Solana—her name means “sunshine” in Spanish, and she’s the soul of our coffee. Warm, bold, and full of light, Solana Coffee Co. was created to bring a little of her radiant energy to every cup.

Cortado @solanacoffeeco ⬅️ A locally-owned small business coffee shop and roastery.

Solana Coffee, located inside the Granger Hotel @grangerhotel pours a superb cortado. Rich in delicious coffee flavors with a smooth well balance texture brought on by the lightly steamed milk: a cortado lover's perfect moment.

🥛I appreciated that they serve it with carbonated water: a missing attribute of many coffee shop.
