Grief & guilt are funny things, sometimes you don’t even know it’s there and maybe that it’s been there your whole life.
There are things we can’t control, things that can hurt & leave you with constant questions that can’t always be answered.

During my time at the retreat I realised that I have been carrying a huge weight of guilt my whole life for being here & living without my twin beside me.
Grieving a life that we could have shared together & creating several barriers I didn’t realise I had put up from a young age.

Since coming home I have made a promise not only to myself but my twin that I will live life ‘For us both’.

No longer carry the guilt that I get to experience life without them.
Instead celebrate it & do it to the fullest that I can.

Love you forever my Luna

The most magical week with @saltedsoul____ in Zakynthos ✨

A week filled with Yoga flows, mindful workshops, gorgeous people, amazing food & the most beautiful place.
This week I have let go of things holding me back (some that I wasn’t even aware of) & feel ready to embrace everything life has to offer with an open heart

Memories of pure joy
