Finally getting around to sharing the most amazing 7 days...✨

It’s hard to put into words just how magical this experience was. It was a trip I didn’t know I needed, but one that completely changed me.

For a week, I learned to slow down, embrace the peaceful moments, move with intention and really listen to what my body was asking for. Somewhere between the yoga, the laughter, the crying, the conversations and the quiet moments, I found a version of myself I’d been missing🥹

I came home feeling lighter, calmer and more connected—to myself, to others and to what truly matters to me.

Sometimes the journey that changes you
the most, are the ones you never knew you needed!

Delighted to finally share my part in @thesun #WorldCupForIt campaign.

This one was a lovely reminder that acting is not always about the voice. Sometimes it is all in the face, the eyes…and the broken arm and neck brace! 😅⚽️
