This past birthday @fisheysb got me a NOS Flite like the one that I had on my favorite bike ever, a 1996 @bianchibicycles Ti SS2 Mtn. The frames were originally made by @litespeedbikes, and are basically a re-badged Obed.

I had sold it when we first got to LA over 20 years ago.

@allezlabikeshop, eBay, FB Marketplace, Cyclemondo and @vintage.velo.venice all helped out with parts. It’s not exactly a 1:1 re-build, but I love all the changes. It even has a few things on it that I kept from the original, inc. a Kona seatclamp. Final pic is the original with 22” flat bars!

Went on the first ride with it yesterday and it’s like I never didn’t have it.

Thanks Finn! by @solidmonday

Dave Moto Update:

KTM 990 is gone!
Triumph T100c is gone!

2013 KTM 500 EXC is in (and has been for a while, this is a late post I actually got it last Sept).

Maybe stickers or paint one day, maybe not. Generic movie chase bad guy bike for now.

What a ripper!
