KILL TONY MINUTE ⚡
Four years ago, I was lost in the bottle.
Now I’m holding the mic.

This journey began with laughs in the dark —
watching Kill Tony, hearing Joe Rogan @joerogan —
and slowly, something sparked.

That spark became discipline.
Discipline became the stage.
And the stage? It gave me back my life.

Endless thanks to @tonyhinchcliffe , @redban , and the legend @jimmycarr for the light you share.
To the @killtonyshow crew and the @comedymothership —
you built a home for misfits to rise.
Special love to my brother on the ride, @robertdrlicka —
we’re just getting started.

🫧🌬️💨🧎‍♂️‍➡️🚶‍♂️‍➡️🚶‍♂️‍➡️🚶‍♂️‍➡️🧎‍♂️‍➡️📖

“A Warrior knows when a battle is worth fighting.

He bases his decisions on inspiration and faith. He nevertheless meets people who ask him to fight battles that are not his own, on battlefields that he does not know, or which do not interest him. They want to involve the Warrior of the Light in contests that are important to them, but not to him.

Often, these are people close to the Warrior of the Light, people who love him and trust in his strength, and who want him to ease their anxieties in some way.

At such moments, he smiles and makes it clear to them that he loves them, but he does not take up the challenge.

A true Warrior of the Light always chooses his own battlefield.”

✧ The Art of Meeting What Comes ✧

Prepare the hand; empty the heart-mind.
The full vessel has no room; the open vessel receives.

Soften what has tightened; return to stillness.
When the opening appears, enter; when it passes, let it pass.

Meet what stands before you; answer only what is there.
Do not arrive before the moment; do not remain after it.

Carry the learning; leave the weight with the road.
Fortune turns; the world changes.

The mind wanders, and the mind returns.
Readiness stands upright; anticipation leans forward.

Prepare fully, then leave room for what comes.
Empty. Meet. Respond. Release. Return.

Even in the wrong place, at the wrong time,
be there when the moment arrives.
