❁ A Day in the Life of Discipline ❁

Morning arrives,
and
the body answers.

Hands meet the ground,
breath finds rhythm,
form holds steady
in
quiet repetition.

Push by push,
hold by hold,
something deeper organizes itself.

Not for display,
not for noise,
but
for alignment
with
something that stays.

Each day recorded,
each word spoken,
a
voice takes shape
the same way the body does,
through return,
through consistency,
through
showing up again.

From small acts
done fully,
a
path opens.

A
runner
moves toward distance,
and
at
the same time,
builds the ground beneath each step.

Moab
waits in the distance,
and
the work is already here.

Hitting rock bottom can be a brutal wake-up call.

For years, the relentless grind of city life led to a breaking point. It took a pandemic shutdown and a return to square one to force a reckoning. The emptiness felt at the ‘top’ was just as real as the struggle at the start.

Sometimes, losing everything is the only way to truly find yourself. The key is learning from past mistakes and building a life on more solid ground this time around. #Resilience #MentalHealth #PersonalGrowth #SecondChances #CourageOverComfortPodcast
