No attackers to defend? No problem 👊

If you get a hand to the ball but don’t win the intercept, the job isn’t done.

Get someone to pass the ball on full extension (a bit further than you can reach). keep moving your feet. Keep working. Keep making repeated efforts.

The more you repeat those efforts with intensity, the more chances you create to time it right & win the ball in a game🔥

Don’t stop at the deflection. Defend for the next ball too. Would you give this a go?
