Last week at Gravity training, team Rubies continued to work on building their connections, using their voices and nailing a ball drill Coach Rachel had seen on Instagram! 🤣 #netball #netballscotland #fifenetballassociation #teamgravity

I’m doing this before every netball training session… what about you?!

@solosessionsuk are the best way to start off your training session or a cheeky extra to add in to your week. Designed to do on your own, they are quick, easy to follow and FREE!!!

They are 100% on my list to start adding into my netball routine, what about you?!
