almost six months of SOL 🌀

it’s hard to put into words how much these last few months have meant to us!

when we opened the doors, we had a vision for what we wanted SOL to feel like, a space for movement, community, creativity and connection. seeing that vision come to life through every class, every familiar face and every person who has walked through our doors has been so special.

we’ve met the most incredible clients, hosted ceramics workshops with Lu, shared so many beautiful moments in the studio and even brought our first SOL retreat to life 🌞something that once felt like such a faraway dream!

there is still so much we want to create, but these first six months have reminded us how important it is to believe in yourself and give your passions your all. you really never know where one idea, one risk or one little dream might take you (:

thank you to everyone who has supported us, taken a class, told a friend, joined a workshop, came on retreat or simply cheered us on from afar.

Become one of those “thanks, I made it myself” kinda people✨

Come and learn the ancient art of lost wax and make a unique ring you’ll never want to take off.

We’ll start the afternoon off with a Pilates class to get you into a creative flow and follow it with a lost wax workshop where we’ll guide you in creating your one-of-a-kind ring.

What’s included:
* a SOL STUDIOS Pilates class
* Step-by-step guidance from a trained jeweller
* All materials and tools needed to create your wax model

We’ll cast your wax ring model into silver or brass after the workshop (we can gold plate it, too!). Your finished ring can be shipped back to you or picked up in Ericeira.

Casting is optional and priced separately based on the weight of your ring.

a bittersweet summer send off 🤍

we’re celebrating the end of our first studio summer at SOL next Saturday, September 19th.

and because no SOL party is complete without it-

9am • free beach Pilates • praia do sul • ocean dip • coffee to follow @tiger_and_chick 🌟

although beach classes are over for the summer, we couldn’t let the season end without one more, its tradition after all ;)

join us after for our end of summer party, good people, drinks, treats by @19pras2 + a few SOL raffles:

- 5 pack of classes
- sauna + ice bath

one last morning on the beach before we officially say goodbye to summer.

END OF SUMMER AT SOL🌞
