Mad Vantage // debut album // 𝘔 𝘐 𝘕 𝘜 𝘛 𝘐 𝘈 𝘌 .
OUT TODAY on @artascatharsis . 🤘

I have been working towards this moment for the last 5 years. From my heart and mind to yours.
It explores themes of erosion and strength - both internal and external. Music of self-definition, defiant vulnerability and catharsis. I'm here to 'make noise', and I hope you will listen. 💥

Thank you to these incredible humans and friends for their profound contributions to my life and music:
@_cartograph 🥁
@kadizzler 🎸 (guitar)
@xpress_point 🎸 (bass)
@joshrenjen__ 🎸 (additional 8-string)

Tracking @mmmmumford @rollingstockrecordingrooms
Production by @_cartograph and myself
Mix @haydenlauersen
Master @goodmood.melbourne
Special thanks to @kennedysnow_band for guidance and the MWIJF push to kick this thing into gear 🙏

Fun couple of shows in NSW with @gabriellacilmi with a couple of side quests. MASSSSSSIVE shoutout to @bryanbrowneau for the loan of one of the nicest amps I ever did play through. Hand drawn band pic by the multidisciplinary talent of Gabriella herself. by @solune_madvantage

'ICTUS' is one year old today! 🥳

Go give it a spin and tell me if you can still headbang in the odd meters (extra points if you work out what they are)?

Surprise! I am releasing a live video from my @melbjazzfestival Commission this Wednesday! ✨

It's a first look at some new era Mad Vantage music feat some Greek modes/rhythms 🇬🇷

We always get asked “how do you get such amazing lineups” and I always reply with “I just book bands I want to see myself”. Very excited to be back in Melbourne in November - we haven’t done a headline show down there in a while so this is the one to get to 🙏🏼 #mathrock #postrock #instrumental #progrock #fusionjazz taken in The Last Chance Rock & Roll Bar by @solune_madvantage

So excited to finally be able to share the live performance of 'Cypress' with you - OUT NOW! ✨

This was part of a larger work 'PRESS' written for and premiered at @melbjazzfestival on Oct 20th, 2025 and marks the biggest and most meaningful gig I've played in my career so far.
The commission was inspired by a period of intensive study into Greek/Middle Eastern modes (is this obvious haha?) 🇬🇷
This performance was also shortlisted for an @apraamcos
@ausmusiccentre Art Music Award a few weeks ago for Best Jazz Performance, which makes me so proud 💛

I want to thank these incredible friends and creatives who made this happen:
@_cartograph 🥁 ✍🏼
@xani.k 🎻
@kadizzler 🎸
@benfinnisguitar 🎸
@goodmood.melbourne 🔉
@rhysnewling 🔦
