More than just bread—it’s culture, story, and resilience 🌾✨

At the "Pain, Ukraine, Solidarité" gathering in Lyon, France, Ukrainian bread took center stage at Malva restaurant. Guests gathered to taste iconic traditional pastries—from golden palianytsia and intricate korovai to 13 distinct types of craft bread baked by chef Olha Kruchak.

The event brought people together over centuries-old baking traditions, regional recipes, and the timeless custom of welcoming guests with bread and salt.

Diplomats reminded guests of how essential Ukrainian grain is for feeding the world, even amid ongoing challenges in the Black Sea.

A special art auction raised funds for Good Bread from Good People—a Kyiv bakery that employs people with intellectual disabilities and sends fresh bread directly to frontline communities.

A warm evening of food, art, and unity showing that behind every loaf is a story worth sharing 🥖💛💙

How illegal Ukrainian charcoal became one of Europe’s most popular products🤔

♻️A bag of barbecue charcoal in a European supermarket may appear to be an environmentally friendly product made from responsibly sourced wood.

Behind that bag, however, may be illegal logging, makeshift pyrolysis barrels in open fields, polluted soil and air, and misleading "green" labels. We investigated how this market operates and which solutions Ukraine and EU countries are testing to fight it👉🏻 taken in Ukraine by @solutionsfromukraine

🤖Ukraine’s UNEX UGV ground robotic complex can tow artillery pieces and other wheeled equipment weighing up to 10 tons, transport ammunition, and cross water obstacles.

The electric platform features a modular design and uses Starlink alongside radio communications for remote control

Its modular design allows operators to equip it for different missions, including demining and air defense. A self-loading system enables the robot to pick up and deliver cargo containers, while ultra-low-pressure tires help it navigate rough terrain and swamps🦾
