Baller auction dinner this week on the Sleepless in Seattle Houseboat for my favorite philanthropic organization @_farestart with one of my all-time favorite collaborators chef @somamutsuko of the legendary @kamonegiseattle. Little known fact, we went to culinary school together 25 years ago and both worked for the @harvestvine so we share a culinary language that blends Japanese, Spanish, and Pacific Northwestern cuisine. Not to mention a love for putting Japanese ingredients on pizza! Our collaborations always feel so effortless, I always learn so much, and just bask in Soma-san’s creative energy. 【Seattle物語 2026】 2月中旬 @seijinanbu のご紹介から急遽決まったシアトル フライト1週間前に打合せして 集客も調整も全部同時進行 そんな状況をシアトルで kamonegi と 般若湯 を営む相馬さんが 快く引き受けてくれました @somamutsuko 本当にありがとうございます！ 以前から僕にはシアトルでやりたいイベントがありました アメリカの酒蔵と 福島・浜通りの酒蔵で “熱燗”を通して語り合うポップアップ 『温度で表現する夜』 シアトルには震災前まで双葉町にあった 『冨沢酒造』があります 今はシアトルで酒造りしてて 2年前に訪ねたときのあの感動と興奮を ずっと覚えてます 今回のテーマは 震災後に生まれた haccoba ぷくぷく醸造 震災を越え、2拠点で再構築された 鈴木酒造 そして 震災後にシアトルへ移った 冨沢酒造 と行く予定でしたが 冨沢酒造さんが移設のため造りはお休みだったので今回は断念😭 今回は 鈴木酒造 haccoba ぷくぷく醸造 この3蔵と、アメリカの2蔵で “温度”を表現することに🤝 『なぜ、熱燗なのか？』 熱燗は究極のエコシステム 身体を温めることは 身体にも自然にもやさしい その話を康平さんが 分かりやすく楽しく 言葉にしてくれる🤝 @akai.guide 相馬さんの肴がこれまた旨くて酒が進む進むw でもそれは単なる旨いじゃない 食材と向き合う姿勢が皿から伝わってくる 学びの多い夜でした🙏 ゲストの皆さんも最高でした！ そして皆さん酒が強い🍶 やりがいのある 胸熱イベントとなりました 僕らの「okan lover」の活動は ドブ板営業みたいなもの （お笑い芸人さんの地方巡業みたいな） 目の前のお客様に 届いたか、届かなかったか その積み重ねの延長上に僕等は打席に立たせて貰えている 康平さんが想いを言葉にで伝えてくれて okan loverのパンチラインは完成なんです 逃せない瞬間を2人で打つ🥊🥊🥊 僕等は本気で人生賭けて伝えに来ていますw 開拓するとはいつの時代もそのばすなんで だから僕等は伝える瞬間を逃さない この先の挑戦への打席が繋がりが切れてしまうので🙌 どんな環境でもどんな状況でも 常にベストを尽くす 全部がホームランじゃない😭 冬フェスみたいな 大きな一発はたまにしか起きない🤝 でも、打席には立ち続けないと結果すら出ない 未来へ繋ぐために 僕自身の打席は髙崎のおかんで そこから世界線が伸びている でも世界線は一人じゃ挑めない 皆んなで挑戦するから楽しい🔥 来年もシアトルに戻って来たいと思ってます！伏線回収しにw ありがとう〜Seattle！ 円が弱すぎてビビりまくってましたが 捲り返したいですw okan lover 髙崎 taken in Seattle, Washington by @somamutsuko
