In this video we explore how @daniela.zambrana.coaching & Gyasi come to be. Next week we will be sharing what Body-Psychotherapy & Core Energetics is.

Following on from that, the connection between body-psychotherapy & altered states of consciousness.

If you have any questions about this work, retreats, therapy, journeying with me in Amsterdam or any other question. Please feel free to reach out to any of us.

I was awake and travelling home after a beautiful trip away for 32hours and managed to stay sane. I am moving my birthday to somewhere in spring, FYI.

Thank you for the love.
Happy new year.

I love this picture 😂😈

I’m about 12 or 13 here, almost 25 years ago 🤯 I look annoyed, but honestly… I get it. Same soul, different version. A good reminder to pause and appreciate how far we’ve come, not just where we’re going. I’m really enjoying growing older and meeting myself year by year.” 🔮🪬

Today we journeyed.

Walking alongside nature’s subtle magic, honouring the path behind us. With gratitude for the past and intention for what’s ahead, we welcome the new year rooted and open. 🌿✨

Happy New Year🙏🏼🥰

When I was young I used to think I could make it rain ⛈️. There is something so satisfying and calming for me watching a storm and listening to the rain. Here the thunder sounds like a 360 degree soundscape. I noticed as I was watching the world go by how much more connection I want and need going into the new year.

Curious to know your plans for the new year?

🙏🏼

Be careful what you wish for, because when the doors finally open and your wish walks in, you’ll need to be ready to receive it.

“Where there is love, there is life” - Gandhi

As we come to the end of the year, I find myself reflecting on everything that has been shed, healed, and reclaimed — and everything still waiting to unfold in the year ahead.

So many of us carry armour we no longer need: old patterns, protective strategies, or behaviours that keep us small. Stepping into your power and authenticity often begins with allowing that armour to melt.

In my work — whether through 1:1 body-psychotherapy, guided psychedelic journeys, group workshops, or retreats — I’m here to hold space for that melting. To guide you as you meet your inner insight more deeply, with courage and compassion.

If something in you is ready to soften, to explore, or to grow — I’m here.

DM or email me for a free discovery call, to join the mailing list, or to ask any questions about the path ahead.

Love you,
Joshua

We have two life’s and the second life only begins when we realise we only have one. Special thank you to @daniela.zambrana.coaching & Alexandra for joining me on this journey. Two very wise women. 💜🥰
