What if the woman you want to be is already within you?

When I went to sign up for this class there was no more beginner classes left but I could feel in the pulse of every cell of my being that is was my time to dive deep into this sort of dance

Prior to this journey I had only taken 2 single classes

The teacher only had intermediate classes left and I was just like f**k it imma show up and f**k around and find out 😅

And I was able to do all of this even with missing 2 of the 6 classes so bishhhh if I can do it, so can you 🥰😍😍😘😘🤑💰💸💕🍇🍒🍉🍑

Anddddd OFC the song is conceited by @remyma 🔥🚒🧯 yall I lossssttttt it when I found out this was the song!!

All nurses deserve to feel this good 💕

I wish I would have known about somatic healing prior to becoming an RN because a regulated nervous system is a vibeeee and my patients feel it

Andddd now that I am a trauma healing practitioner myself, I get to wake my patients up from surgery and provide them nervous system regulation tools to avoid unnecessary meds ✨blessed ✨

This is what trauma healing can look like… playful, grounded, alive, and RESOURCED - an unfortunately rare occasion for nurses but I’m hopeful with hospitals recently being more open to things like acupuncture & reiki - hallelujah!🙏🏽 by @somaticfengshui
