I’m still making my way through all the birthday messages and really taking my time with each one, I do plan on replying to everyone! Thank you to every single person who took the time to reach out. Your words truly meant more to me than I can express! The amount of love I felt alllll day was incredible… I was honestly in awe. This was one of the BEST birthdays I’ve had in a long time!!

Between the flowers, the gifts, the handwritten notes (y’all know words of affirmation is my top love language 🥹), and the voice notes of some of y’all serenading me and singing me happy birthday 😭 it all meant so much to me. I truly felt SO deeply loved!

I’m incredibly grateful to have people in my life who speak life into me.. who remind me of who I am in the most loving way. I don’t take any of it lightly!! 🧿✨

(and yes… those are happy tears at the end 😭🥹) by @somechick00

been doing a lot of soul searching lately… somewhere between ache & awe, i realized all i really want is to leave my mark on this world through kindness, love, & truly living while i’m here. by @somechick00

This isn’t your average incense.
Each one holds an affirmation or space for what you’re ready to release.
You read it, write it, burn it.
And something about it just lands deeper.
It felt small, but it shifted something big.
This felt like a love note to my healing.
Thank you @nesowellness for the ritual I didn’t know I needed. 🫶🏼🧿✨

There’s something about solo trips that remind me how much I love my own company. This dreamy space gave me quiet mornings, starry skies, and a little more of myself back. Thank you @aframeranch for such a cozy stay. I’ll be dreaming of this one for a while.

So grateful to have spent time here! 🤍

Lately, I’ve been taking care of myself in ways that feel simple but sacred.
Being more intentional with my daily vitamins.
Movement. Slow mornings.
Back into meditation.
Nourishing meals. In-home massages.
Deep breaths. Reading more. Journaling.
Letting in more peace than I ever have.

I’ve been feeling it all and showing up anyway.
It’s been emotional but it’s been healing.

grateful for it all. by @somechick00
