Hey Everyone, I’m coach Creech. Welcome to Take off Tuesday ✈️

The horizontal girls are getting back into rhythm and coordination as they practice different patterns to a knee drive. 1-2s and 123s down the runway.

Since it’s still early fall, the focus is posture, cadence, coordination in the drill.

*Since they did well in the drill, I let them party at the end of practice and land a few. (mind you, we’ve also been doing tons of landing drills so I felt comfortable letting them send it for a few reps)
