Finally we got to celebrate my beloved brother! Celebrating the upcoming wedding, celebrating the friendships and all the love it gives. I’m officially a VDP. Ambassador now and another fun thing is that I was awarded top of the class in our exam, so that beautiful magnum bottle of the 2015 Goldloch GG from @schlossgut_diel is coming home with me.
It was very unexpected to be named top of the class in a group of such talented and experienced people. I want to thank the @vdp.diepraedikatsweingueter and @caro.maurer for a great program and lovely days in the Nahe region, today the fun continues with the Vorpremiere VDP. It’s time to say goodbye!
For almost nine years, we have been “married” and we’ve been walking hand in hand joined together in our quest to provide one of the finest Sommelier education in this country. It has been blood, sweat and tears but most of all joy, excitement and laughter and of course tons of wine!
But now it’s time for us to go separate ways, I will forever be thankful for all the colleagues and fellow educators some of the best in the world of wine, for all the interesting conversations and all wisdom you’ve been sharing.
Although I’m still going to teach at the school I will for sure miss meeting all the sommelier students on a daily basis. taken in Restaurangakademien by @sommeliern

This beautiful book from one of the best places on earth, The Maison Premiere in Brooklyn will put the final sparkle to the upcoming holidays.
Just look at the words on the front:
