A few photos from past veterans’ retreats I’ve had the privilege of hosting.

This year’s retreat is coming up quickly in early November, and I’ve opened it up to first responders in addition to veterans.

I’m currently taking fly donations, specifically Great Lakes tributary patterns, to help make the retreat a memorable one for everyone attending.

King salmon from the DSR in Pulaski, New York. The fight took about 6 minutes. My buddies left early, so I ended up beaching it myself. The fish took a pink Estaz egg.

Quick turn and burn to the Pulaski, New York to get rid of the salmon itch. I drove up Friday afternoon (5 hours), fished all of Saturday and half of Sunday. Drove home Sunday afternoon. Itch scratched! taken in New York by @son_tao
