POSTS STORIES REELS

Most marketing retainers assume your business needs the same thing every month.

But that is rarely how growth actually works.

One month the priority might be SEO.

The next, it could be improving product pages, sending a campaign, answering customer questions, updating your website, building trust or fixing something in the buying journey.

That is why I built the Website Growth Partnership around priorities, not a rigid list of monthly deliverables.

The goal is simple:

Work out what needs attention next.
Do the work.
Review what changed.
Then move onto the next priority.

For growing food, drink and wellness brands, that means your marketing support can move with the business instead of forcing the business into a fixed package.

Because sometimes you do not need more ideas.

You need someone helping you decide what matters, then actually getting it done.

If that sounds like the kind of support your business needs, let's chat! by @sonderbeacon

Different stages of growth need different kinds of support.

The right starting point depends on whether you need direction, implementation or a stronger website foundation.

Best if you need someone to identify what needs to be improved and put them in a clear order of priority

For brands that do not just want recommendations. They want the work moved forward too.

Real growth work rarely fits neatly into one service box. The priority changes as the business changes.

For new ecommerce builds or brands ready to move their existing store to Shopify properly.

Think of it as: plan it, implement it, or rebuild it.

Today, I'm so excited to introduce you to Sonder Beacon.

For months, I've been searching for a name that felt like more than just a business name. I wanted something that reflected not only what I do, but why I do it.

Sonder is my favourite word. It describes the realisation that every person you meet is living a life just as complex as your own.

To me, that includes every founder.

Behind every product on a shelf or every parcel arriving at your door is someone who took a chance on an idea. Maybe it started with a family recipe passed down through generations, a product created to solve a personal health challenge, or evenings spent packing orders around the kitchen table after the kids had gone to bed.

Those businesses aren't just selling products. They're sharing a piece of their story.

That's why the second half of the name felt just as important.

A beacon is something people look for when they need direction. It helps guide them towards where they need to be.

That's exactly what I want Sonder Beacon to do.

Not just for the founders I work with, but for their customers too.

By creating stronger websites, improving search visibility and building content that continues working long after it's published, I help incredible products get discovered by the people already looking for them.

You know your website could be doing more.

But the last thing you need is another strategy document that gets opened once, added to the to-do list… and never implemented.

That is the simplest difference between my Growth Plan and Growth Partnership.

With both, I map the route. I look at where the business is now, what is getting in the way, what needs attention first and what can wait.

With the Growth Plan, you take that roadmap and run with it ~ You drive.

With the Growth Partnership, I lead the implementation ~ I drive.

We decide what matters next, get the work done, review what changes, and keep moving.

So the choice is really:

“Show me the route. I’ll take it from here.” ➡️ Growth Plan

“Show me the route and make sure it actually happens.” ➡️ Growth Partnership

Because a good strategy only matters if it gets implemented.

Same roadmap. Different level of support. by @sonderbeacon

This day, 11 years ago, I was travelling around South America having the trip of a lifetime.

5 countries in 4 weeks. White water rafting, skiing, alpacas, ridiculous photos and, lying underneath giant barrels of wine.

I look back at these photos and mostly notice how carefree I was.

As you get older, run a business, raise a family and generally have more responsibilities, it’s very easy to lose that part of yourself a bit.

The part that did things just for the craic.
Not because they were good for you.
Not because they were productive.
Not because they could become content. 👀
Just because they were fun.

I’m definitely trying to make more room for that version of myself again.

And that probably sums up how I like to work too.
I take the work seriously. I care about the results.

But I still want there to be a bit of craic along the way. Because building a business is hard enough without making every part of it feel like hard work.

Now, someone pass me a barrel of wine. 😂 by @sonderbeacon

Google AI is using Kerry Kefir’s website content as evidence in answers about kefir.

That is probably one of my favourite pieces of client feedback. But we didn’t create those articles because “AI search” suddenly became a marketing trend.

We created them because they answered real questions customers were already asking

We didn’t start by publishing more content either. We started by fixing the website.

The initial work focused on technical SEO, user experience, website structure, existing pages and the customer journey.

There was little point bringing more people to the website if issues underneath were making it harder for them, or Google, to navigate

The foundational work didn’t stop once we started creating new things.

We continued improving existing pages, SEO and customer experience while gradually putting more time into growth opportunities.

It isn’t “fix the website, then forget about it”. Both happen alongside each other.

The goal was never simply “publish more blogs”.

The monthly work supports the wider business:
increasing awareness,
helping new customers understand kefir,
encouraging repeat orders and subscriptions,
keeping existing customers engaged and
strengthening Kerry Kefir’s credibility through reviews, PR and awards

This is why I’m such an advocate for useful content living on your own website.

A social post can perform brilliantly and still disappear down a feed. A genuinely useful recipe, guide or FAQ can continue answering the same customer question again and again, long after it was published.

Organic search users increased from 777 to 1,691. That’s +117.6%.

This compares January to June 2026 with the same period in 2025. Organic social grew by 13.2% during the same comparison.

Social remains valuable, but the difference demonstrates how search visibility can build over time.

Originally, I sold the foundational work as a separate SEO project.

Working this way made me realise I didn’t want clients to have to choose between “fixing the website” and investing in ongoing growth.

The two are too connected. So I changed how the Growth Partnership works.

The Growth Partnership now includes the foundational work from th by @sonderbeacon
