POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s been mega to have our first open bank holiday Monday today and to see so many people enjoying our special place!

However, we’re sad to say our bathroom hand-care went walkies again, to add to the others and diffusers that have been stolen in our not even 2 years of being open 👀

Running a hospitality venue at the moment as a small family business is extremely tight. You’re not taking from a place that can easily, and quickly replace these things.

We try to push the boat out as much as is affordable to elevate our customer experience and this is £80 just gone in one thoughtless swoop. You might think we’re naive to provide these things and expect them to stay, but it’s more just having hope that people are mostly decent when it comes to independents, and feeling like we know our customer base well enough to not expect this kind of behaviour.

We put our savings into this space for our customers to enjoy, and continue to do so to keep it running for our amazing community & amazing staff. To that person, please just be more respectful of others.

Thank you 🙏🏼 by @sonderleeds

The pistachio white chocolate cronut has become a Sonder staple & we love to see it!

It’s not a donut. It’s layer, on layer, on layer of croissant pastry with a pistachio cream & white chocolate glaze. & of course real pistachios crushed on top 👀

Before we know someone, we often decide who they are.

On 2 OCTOBER 2026, I’ll be bringing 𝘚𝘊𝘈𝘙𝘚 𝘉𝘌𝘛𝘞𝘌𝘌𝘕 𝘜𝘚 to @sonderleeds - a 35mm photographic black-and-white portraiture series exploring identity, selfhood, and the distance between how we are seen and who we understand ourselves to be.

For this exhibition, the photographs will be woven within the setting of Sonder, allowing the work to share the evening with the people and moments who pass through.

The photographs are only part of the evening. The rest is left to 𝘺𝘰𝘶 who walk through the door - the conversations, new faces, familiar ones, passing encounters, and the people you might not have met otherwise.

2 OCTOBER 2026
6PM–10PM
SONDER, LEEDS
📍 20 Merrion Street, Leeds, LS1 6PG

Whether you know the work already or are encountering it for the first time, there’s a place for you in the room.

Come for an hour. Stay for the conversation. FREE ENTRY

I didn’t realise how much I needed this. 🤎

So happy I got to be part of this beautiful UGC Creators & Creatives Hangout. It was so lovely to spend the afternoon surrounded by creative people, and we were lucky enough to be some of the first to try the Autumn/Winter Specials.
My favourite? Definitely the Apple Pie Latte.
It was such a lovely afternoon in a beautiful space, surrounded by creative people, good conversations and so much inspiration.

And getting to watch @t_thornton_art live paint was honestly incredible. Seeing a painting come to life right in front of us was such a special experience.
So grateful for afternoons like this @sonderleeds 🤎
