Recruiting the best talent can be much more than an interview.

S7 / Design Out Loud turned recruitment into a creative, community-building experience, testing not only design thinking, but also flexibility, teamwork, communication and the ability to respond when the unexpected changes the brief. A simulation of real professional life, where you are pushed outside your comfort zone and challenged to stay creative, collaborative and focused in a completely new environment.

The Albanian participants were impressive, and I’m looking forward to seeing how they continue to grow in their careers. Wishing them all the very best.

Thank you to Settanta7 for inviting me to facilitate this innovative initiative, set against one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world, Orikum, Albania.

In case you haven’t visited us yet, or haven’t heard the news, Destil Creative Hub is in Ish-Blloku.

We have transformed two floors of an old italian palazzino into a creative home for work, ideas, and collaboration in the heart of Tirana.

At Destil you will find:
* An inspiring coworking a space to work on your next idea or project
* A space to host events and workshops for up to 20 people
* NODE Lab a production studio with customizable sets and professional equipment for photoshoots, video, and podcasts
* A Project Office offering support in project writing, production, reporting, consulting, planning, and networking
* And one floor below, Destil B&B, four boutique rooms designed for a quiet and cosy stay.

Destil is a place for city creatives and those who come to visit it — for startups, cultural professionals, and anyone looking for a community where ideas grow into collaborations and real projects.

We are happy to share this video in collaboration with Startup Albania Agency, as part of their campaign promoting coworking and creative hubs in Tirana and supporting the local creative and startup ecosystem.

✨ Special offer for Startup Albania winners:
