From familiar brands to forgotten designs, the collection offers a different perspective on Albania’s industrial, cultural, and social history.

Recruiting the best talent can be much more than an interview.

S7 / Design Out Loud turned recruitment into a creative, community-building experience, testing not only design thinking, but also flexibility, teamwork, communication and the ability to respond when the unexpected changes the brief. A simulation of real professional life, where you are pushed outside your comfort zone and challenged to stay creative, collaborative and focused in a completely new environment.

The Albanian participants were impressive, and I’m looking forward to seeing how they continue to grow in their careers. Wishing them all the very best.
