HYROX PRO Doubles debut… and we didn’t just dip our toes in, we cannonballed straight into PRO 😂

1:25:16- goal was 1:30 ✅🤝🏽

Race wasn’t until 8:40 PM, which meant a full day of pacing, thinking, fueling, overthinking, and basically convincing ourselves we weren’t about to make a huge mistake 😅. Sitting there all day, trying to eat enough but not too much, hydrate without overdoing it, stay loose but not burn energy… it felt like mental gymnastics before the workout even started.

Then it’s to time. Lights on. And suddenly every little choice you made all day gets tested at 100%. Fueling, pacing, mindset, energy… every detail mattered. What worked, what didn’t, what we’d change next time, it all hit instantly.

Lessons? So many.
🔥 Fuel matters more than you think.
🔥 Timing is everything.
🔥 Preparation isn’t optional, it’s everything.
🔥 Adapt on the fly.
🔥 Trust your partner. Trust yourself.

Not everything went perfect. Far from it. But that’s the point. Growth doesn’t come from perfection, it comes from showing up, figuring it out, and learning as you go.

Proud doesn’t even cover it. My partner @jonathan.braun_ stayed locked in, pushed every second, and we figured it out together. Messy, real, and completely earned.

Now we’ve got the experience, the lessons, and a fire we can’t ignore. Nashville, you’re next 😈 taken in Miami Beach Convention Center by @sonnylts

PT. 1: CAR ROOF 🚗💥

Hitting driver off random objects until my driver breaks.

Driver health: 100% -> 98%
Car roof survived. I barely did.

What should I hit off next? The most liked comment picks Part 2 👇🏽

Part 1-2 of the best weekend of the year: Summer Smash 2026 🔥 (before the glitch)

I’m grateful for every conversation, every handshake, every hug, and every person who took time out of their weekend to spend it with us.

Weekends like this remind me that what we’re building at 1st Phorm is bigger than any one person. It’s a Phamily of people committed to growth, supporting one another, and showing up year after year. The community continues to grow, but the mission stays the same.

To everyone I got the chance to talk with, laugh with, take a picture with, or simply share a moment with, thank you. I appreciate every single one of you more than you know.
This community continues to prove that when the right people come together, incredible things happen.
