Just want to say thank you for all the support!

You really don’t know what an amazing impact you all have on me.

Hearing you cheer, giving the hugs, the congratulations, the “I knew you could do it,” the “I’m so proud of you.”

Thank you! ☺️

For someone that didn’t believe she could for so long and now realizing I can and will, you helped me see it was all possible.

What a day!

So many wins, mental and physical!

I’m just full of gratitude!

Grateful for the people who inspire me to be better, the people who join me on my journey, the people who are cheering for me from the sidelines and also from far away.

Also so extremely thankful for a body that can and a mind that will because this hasn’t always been the case.

So much of my story lately is just showing up, 1% better, choosing to do the hard things.

Today, I did just that with some help from @james.lray2 - thank you! The impact you had on me today is priceless. I want you to know that!

@shaun_traynor82 - thank you for being my support today! I’m so incredibly grateful! And helping Luke be able to watch me do something hard and watching him cheering me on was so precious.

Best part, when you’re 2/3 the way through and feel like there will definitely be a next time- till next time!

2 years. 20 photos. Way more than 20 people I’m grateful for.

Yesterday marked 2 years at 1st Phorm. I could tell you about the calls, the goals hit, and the growth, but this dump says it better. These are the people who made these two years what they were.

Thank you for trusting me, for teaching me, and for proving every day that with the right team, anything is possible.

To my coworkers and leaders at HQ: thank you for betting on me.

Here’s to year 3. 🖤

How many times have you told yourself this; “I only have so much time”.

I need to get this business going. I need to take care of my family. I need to take care of my employees.

I have to sacrifice something.

So you end up sacrificing your physical and mental health; and you tell yourself that you’ll take care of it later. I was that guy. This is what I personally did for a long time.

If you are a young businessman or a leader. By young I mean young in the game and not your age. You need to understand that putting your health on the back burner is actually a very crappy plan.

You’ll never reach your true potential if you don’t prioritize your physical and mental health. Your body and your mind are the tools that you use every day to create the kind of life that you want.

If you don’t keep those tools sharp!!

How can you expect to perform at your best?

If you really want to grow your career, and take care of those around you; You have to take care of yourself first.

Saw this memory pop up on Fb.

It got me thinking.

The scale doesn’t mean as much as we think it does.

Women, our bodies are made to change, shift, fluctuate.

It’s not the number on the scale that should determine whether we feel good about ourselves.

Focus on the outcomes, the life you want to live, the dreams you have achieved.

Life happens, we get to decide how we will respond.

As for me, I’m all in on living this life to the fullest, doing all the things, experiencing and exploring all the world has to offer.

It’s been a year of hard stuff, but it’s also been a year that has changed me and grown me in ways I never thought possible.

This fitness journey isn’t just a number on the scale!
