DCEP 2026 : Working for the mouse 🐭 🌟

I’m nowhere near finished posting about the best summer of my life but thought I should try round up this chapter as best as possible before third year starts tomorrow!

If you’ve known me longer than 5 minutes, you know this has been a dream of mine forever. There aren’t words to describe how amazing living it out truly was.
I swept A LOT of popcorn, handed out A LOT of stickers, got paid to have a hop scotch competition outside test track and I participated in the goodbye wave where I high fived more people in 30 mins than I have in maybe my whole life.

I walked on average 20km a day and never hit less than 24,000 steps. I visited the parks over 30 separate times and would say I definitely “made the most of my program”.

I laughed , cried and danced to the Epcot fireworks 38 times.

I wouldn’t trade this summer for anything.

And to every wonderful person I met :

“How miraculous that we exist on this planet at the same time” - Luminous , the symphony of us 🌟

I wonder when our paths will next cross 💕

Here’s to hoping the boss hires me again one day!! by @sophett_05

Semester 1 ✨

The round up here is :
- I laughed and cried a lot 🥲
- I moved flats mid semester (this improved the crying drastically)🙈
- I finally got an ADHD diagnosis 😌
- snowball doughball day was the best use of an hour of mine and Freya’s life thus far 💪
- I very aggressively drove an imaginary car 🚘
- Oakland’s is super pretty in the snow ❄️
- this was the best meal I had all semester😍
- this place and these people have my heart 🫶
