Hello 2024!

First World Cup win for me, and I couldn’t be more proud. Feeling very loved by the people I have around me and a little lost for words. This sport is not a solo endeavor, and the kindness of others makes it possible.

Congrats to all the girls out there today, and especially @soph_alden and @livvymathias for rounding out the podium.

We go again tomorrow in the MTR!

WE’RE GOING TO PARIS! 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷

Many times over the past few years I thought I had stretched myself too thin between work and triathlon. I didn’t know if I was half-assing both instead of just focusing on one. But slowly I built a team around me that allowed me to go after both my dreams. It wasn’t smooth or conventional, and there were many times that the road ahead seemed completely unobtainable, but somehow…someway we pulled it off.

OCC! Did that!

What an insane experience. In this post triathlon life I am still finding out what makes me happy, and it seems like I am continually drawn to the trails! P24 for me today against the best in the world is something that I am proud of 🥹. The cheers coming into Chamonix filled my soul!

Thank you to the @asicstrail team for being so welcoming to this triathlete, and a huge congratulations the ladies that lead the asics squad today!

Feeling very inspired by everything and everyone here in chamonix ✨🏔️🇫🇷

Brb just living my best life 😭🇫🇷⭐️

Exactly a year ago I was in Fréjus for the WTCS watching everyone at UTMB. I wanted to be there so badly, and it made me realize that my triathlon chapter was coming to a close. This year I made it happen, and will be running OCC next week! I’m very grateful for both experiences, but more grateful that I followed my heart to the mountains and trails 🥹🏔️ taken in Chamonix, France by @sophielinn

Turns out Aspen’s dirt has a nice crunch to it 😂. The Power of Four checked all the boxes; endless vert, ridiculous views and a good faceplant to keep me humble. Crawled away with the W despite looking like I was fighting for my life out there. 10/10 would do again…. Maybe on skis next time 😉.

… and the best part was that alexey was there 🥰

The start. It simply does not do the gradient justice.

Midnight mine aid station at 11km before headed up to the top of Aspen Highlands. Took 90 min to get there after the first up climb 🤯.
