Meet the founder Antes de Sorongo hubo muchos años sentándome en distintos lados de la mesa. Analizando estrategias, convirtiendo ideas en historias, defendiendo propuestas del lado del cliente, creando, vendiendo y viendo qué pasa cuando finalmente toca ejecutar todo eso que se veía tan bonito en el deck. Con el tiempo entendí que esa mezcla era precisamente mi fortaleza. Porque una cosa es tener una buena idea y otra completamente diferente es llevarla a cabo fuera de una presentación. Haber estado en los boardrooms correctos me enseñó a conectar los puntos rápido y a tener una visión panorámica. A ver cosas que, muchas veces, quienes están metidos en el día a día de su proyecto o negocio todavía no pueden ver. Y eso es precisamente lo que hago hoy desde Sorongo: encontrar una mejor forma de comercializar lo que tu empresa/marca/proyecto le aporta a su cliente. Analyzing strategies, turning ideas into stories, defending proposals from the client side, creating, selling, and seeing what actually happens when it’s time to execute everything that looked so good in the deck. Over time, I realized that mix was precisely my strength. Because having a good idea is one thing. Knowing how to make it work outside of a presentation is something else entirely. Being in the right boardrooms taught me how to connect the dots quickly and see the bigger picture. To spot things that are sometimes hard to see when you’re deep in the day-to-day of your own project or business.
