Observing the regenerative power of the sun and the earth, as the incoming solstice and strengthening solar power gives new life to my backyard vining plants who were quiet and limp all winter and early spring. I’m honored to observe the dance, the ebb and flow of the seasons, days, sun, moon, light, dark. I’m an herbalist at Pilar’s Wellness Collective and here I am on a peaceful sunny Friday having one of my favorite teas in the shop - PTS TEA!

Fall herbal update, not really posting here much these days but i have some fun herbal work i plan to lean into in the new year that you will hear about soon :)
in the meantime….dehydrating a lot of citrus peels, making fire cider and elderberry syrup at @organic_tree , caterpillar hanging out on my morning glories, making herbal sparkling mocktails at @pilarswellnesscollective & tending to the front there, matcha and sunshine on the porch in the morning, all good things. Looking forward to what the quiet of winter brings. 🕯️ by @soul___plants
