Restock Fire Cider, Late Spring Batch, SO GOOD! 🌱🌸⚡️

Prepared by our in house herbalist @soul___plants :: This Spring fire cider honors tradition while adding seasonal, abundant, & locally grown greens that are antiviral, antibacterial & mineral rich.

A saturated herbal vinegar preparation, Fire Cider promotes immune resistance, moves congestion & stagnation, and helps to balance the gut microbiome. Apple Cider vinegar pulls minerals out of the fresh, vital plant material.

INGREDIENTS: Horehound, Nasturtium,
fresh turmeric, fresh ginger, raw garlic, jalapeño, Elecampane root, Orange peel, Apple cider vinegar,
Local Honey.

To use: Add 1oz of water to 2oz of Fire Cider, and consume once daily for an immunity boost, or several times daily to reduce mucus, congestion, and inflammation.

Exiting the year with gratitude. 🌱

I’ve spent the last two weeks resting, at times unwillingly, reflecting on how the strongest message that has come through for me is SURRENDER, and the consistent practice of how to do so.

Winter beckons us to rest, teaching us that to when we honor the Earth in the way of action, we enrich our lives. Being in this rhythm is beautiful. It shows us what it means to be alive on this planet.

This is what The Way Out There was built on ~ the ways in which we align ourselves and live within the threads that tether us to Mother Earth and all of her beings. This space has become so much more- has come to mean so much more to me- than I originally imagined when I “formally” launched over a year ago.

I’ve never felt happier, more trusting, more open in my life, all because of the Earth, her medicines, and her people. Thank you for being here, for believing in me, for returning to the plant magic, and above all creating community with me. 🫶

I walk into the year ahead asking myself how we can continue to evolve back into the ways of reciprocity and gratitude, how we can take action towards good change.

I look forward to bringing new offerings to the table over the next couple of weeks, and again offering spaces where we can be together with the Earth.

(If I wasn’t teaching, then I was probably photosynthesizing, botanizing, or climbing 🤗)
