3 Tips for the Spiritual Badass who’s deciding NOW is the time to begin living on PURPOSE…

1.) start asking yourself better questions. Questions like how can I ________? I wonder what it would be like, if _______? what would be possible if I could _______? are great questions to begin asking to activate your subconscious resources and put it to work to help you to discover what’s possible for you.

2.) The wiring of your brain CAUSES your reality. We have the lives we have because of the automated programs in our brain.

To experience a new reality, we have to shake loose this wiring and begin to create new connections and pathways that match the reality we desire. This can be done through practices like visualization, journaling, or meditation.

3.) Ask for help. THE hands down quickest way to get from where you are, to where you TRULY want to be, is to get help and guidance from someone who’s further up the mountain than you.

Having a Mentor or Guide on this journey of life can help you avoid costly mistakes, unnecessary pain and struggle because a Coach can see your blind spots, hold you accountable and help you see things differently.

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at begin to change!
