Life moves so fast. Don’t forget to slow down long enough to actually be here for it. 🤍

You don’t have to rush through a life you’re meant to experience. ✨ by @soulentry.wellness

The plot twist 🌀

You ever wonder why no one thinks you’re going through a hard time?

Maybe it’s because you’re still showing up.
Still laughing. Still creating. Still dancing. Still dreaming.
Still choosing yourself, even when some days feel really fucking hard.

Not every hard season looks like falling apart.

Sometimes it looks like becoming someone new while quietly grieving who you used to be.

So if you’re in a hard chapter that nobody seems to notice…
I see you. 🤍

You don’t have to look broken for your experience to be valid.

Friendly reminder: ✨

Starting over isn’t starting from the beginning.

Every chapter you’ve lived has given you wisdom, resilience, and a deeper understanding of who you are. None of that disappears just because you choose a new direction.

If your heart is pulling you toward something different, trust it. You’re allowed to outgrow people, places, careers, dreams, and versions of yourself that no longer fit.

You are not behind.
You are not failing.
You are becoming.

Choose the life that feels most like you. Every single time.

✨ Save this for the days you need the reminder. by @soulentry.wellness

Sometimes the most aligned path asks us to let go of everything familiar.

I’m in a season of deep change, trust, and transformation. A true death and rebirth. ✨

While life is taking me to Victoria, Soul Coven is evolving—not ending. This community will continue both in the Comox Valley and online, and I truly believe this next chapter will bring even more connection, healing, and magic.

September is going to be beautiful. Stay tuned. 🤍 by @soulentry.wellness

Festival season essentials 🍄✨🪩

There’s something about packing for a weekend of music, movement, nature, and connection that feels like the adventure starts before you even leave home.

Grateful to have @zumgarden as part of my festival kit this season. 💜🍄 Whether I’m dancing, exploring, or simply soaking it all in, I love surrounding myself with products that align with my values and love for connection.

Here’s to good music, good people, and unforgettable memories. 🦋✨
