We spend so much of our lives focused on the work.

The healing.
The growth.
The patterns we’re ready to shift.
The parts of ourselves asking to be seen, felt and moved through.

And while that work matters deeply, there is something else that matters just as much:

Celebrating ourselves.

Celebrating how far we’ve come.
Celebrating the woman we are today.
Celebrating the moments we chose ourselves.
Celebrating the friendships, the laughter, the courage, the joy.

Because life isn’t only about becoming.

It’s also about being here.
Feeling it all.
Dancing.
Laughing until your cheeks hurt.
Letting the music move through you.
And remembering that you are allowed to celebrate the life you are living right now.

This night at She Rises was one of those moments. ✨
A field full of women dancing, celebrating, letting go and simply being together.

And we already cannot wait to do it all again next year. 💃🏼✨

She Rises 2027 tickets are now on sale.
Come dance with us. Come celebrate with us. Come exactly as you are.

June 11–13, 2027 🤍

Other people will always have an opinion of you.

They’ll have ideas about who you should be, what you should do, what choices you should make, what your life should look like.

But their opinion doesn’t change the truth of who you are.

And honestly… this is one of the most important things I’ve learned.

We have one life to live.

And when we spend that life constantly worrying about what other people think, we can slowly start making choices based on everyone else’s expectations instead of our own truth.

We hold ourselves back.
We stay small.
We choose what feels safe or acceptable instead of what actually feels right.

And we miss the things that were meant for us.

You weren’t given this life to live the version of it that someone else thinks is best for you.

You’re here to discover what feels true for you.

This is why connecting with your heart and your intuition is so important.

But you can’t hear yourself clearly when you’re constantly surrounded by everyone else’s opinions.

You have to get quiet.
You have to be with yourself.
You have to create space to actually listen.

For me, sitting with cacao became one of the most powerful ways I learned to do this.

One of the biggest transformations that happened through my relationship with cacao was how clearly I began to hear my own heart.

The answers weren’t always what I expected.

But they were mine.

And little by little, I started making choices from that place.

I started creating a life that actually feels good to me.

Not because everyone understands it.
Not because everyone agrees with it.
But because it’s mine.

And there is something incredibly freeing about that.

Your life doesn’t need to make sense to everyone else.

It needs to feel true to you. 🤎

P.S. I have something really special coming soon for those of you who are feeling the call to reconnect with your heart, your intuition, and the most authentic version of yourself. More on that very soon. ✨

Wild Roses Festival 🌹

This weekend was quite the initiation…. Magical moments of dancing under the stars, delicious matcha, cute outfits, tears while vocalizing my dreams, connecting with the land, three tornado warnings, thunderstorms and crazy rain, meeting so many new beautiful humans, reconnecting with women I met last year, sharing my medicine and of course challenging moments that mirrored how much growth I’ve had over the past few years.

This was a weekend I’ll hold close to my heart forever. Thank you @wildrosesmatriarch for creating such an incredible space for women to express and show up authentically. Forever grateful you followed your mission!! 😘

See you again Wild Roses!!

There is something that happens when women gather.

The noise of everyday life begins to soften. The masks come off. The nervousness fades. And suddenly you’re surrounded by women who remind you that you were never meant to do this life alone.

She Rises Festival isn’t just a weekend of workshops, yoga, music, and ceremonies.

It’s a place where strangers become sisters.
Where conversations turn into lifelong friendships.
Where you remember what it feels like to be fully seen, supported, and celebrated.

This is the power of community.
This is the medicine of gathering.

If you’ve been feeling the nudge to say yes to yourself… this is your invitation.

✨ Early Bird Tickets are available until July 31. We’d love to welcome you into this incredible community.

Tag the woman you’d love to experience She Rises with.

It’s really quite simple 🌿

Immersed in nature, surrounded by luxury, sacred space, a coming home.

We have picked places and people very intentionally, for you to feel safe and completely held when you arrive. 🤲🏻

The women that we bring in to facilitate you are women so deeply in their knowing, so embedded in their truth… their presence and existence feels like a giant hug even before they arrive. We don’t take retreat space lightly, we hold it close to our hearts and deep in our soul 🦋

To Retreat 🪻 to let your soul return home.

Sea to Soul • Salt Spring Island, BC 🌸 March 18th - 20th, 2027
Farm to Soul • Tuscany, Italy 🪻 April 15th - 20th, 2027

Are you ready to immerse with us?

✨️🌞There is an ancient, undeniable magic that wakes up when wild women gather. Under the solstice sun, we stepped into a sacred space of pure reverence, healing, and connection. ✨️

When wild women come together, the earth listens and our spirits rise.💗💛

I am still vibrating from the power of the space that was held for us to soften, to wild, and to just be. Infinitely grateful for the sisterhood and the magic we made. ✨🌿🔥

Something shifted for me this weekend.

I came home from the She Rises festival with a fuller heart, clearer vision, and a deeper connection to where I am going next. 🥰

There’s something powerful that happens when women gather. The walls come down. The masks soften. The stories we’ve been carrying suddenly have space to be witnessed, honored, and transformed. We truly learn we are not alone.

This weekend reminded me that growth doesn’t always come from pushing harder. Sometimes it comes from opening your heart. From letting yourself be seen. From remembering who you were before the world told you who you should be.

I’m leaving with new connections, new inspiration, and a renewed trust in what wants to emerge in this next season.

Thank you @lotusyogaandwellness_ @themodernhustle.ca @devgian_kaur @soulentry.wellness for creating a magical weekend. 🙏

Here’s to following curiosity.
Here’s to creating more joy.
Here’s to rising together. ✨🌙
