Our first gathering in Dana Point @projectsocial.us reminded me exactly why The Group exists.

Different city. New faces. Same need.

1. starting tomorrow, I will be offering a series of 5 “Awaken the Flow” dance classes with 20 minutes of Self Help energy healing instruction. We will dive into a juicy + playful + nourishing Soul Sweat dance practice and energy medicine modality, called Jin Shin Jyutsu (similar to Reiki and acupuncture).

2. On 4/13, I will be offering a “Feng Shui fundamentals” workshop from 2-4 pm and teach you how to energize all energy centers of your house and business spaces.
